Refund policy

At Catching Daisies, we hope you love your order—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or packing slip).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@catchingdaisies.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to defect or error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@catchingdaisies.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings or beauty items (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Sale, clearance, and flash sale items

If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, please reach out before placing your order or starting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original (if eligible) for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@catchingdaisies.com.

Orders with Discounts or Promotions

  • Items purchased using a discount code or promotion will be refunded based on the final amount paid (not the original price).

  • Discount codes are not transferable or reusable.

  • All discounted, sale, or clearance items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or store credit.
